We liked the quietness and the location of property, but the condo itself was in need of renovation. Our review is mostly due to the nightmarish and unprofessional behavior of the owner. Our key was left under the entrance mat, with another one key of similar design inside by the door. After checking in we left for dinner and to shop for groceries coming back about 10.30pm. One of the keys provided didn't work so we were locked out away from our bags, crucial medicine and with bags full of perishable food. She told us to call a locksmith or go to a hotel, our party of 3 found a hotel around midnight, totally exhausted and frustrated after driving many hours to get there. She came to unlock the condo the following morning with an attitude, gave us a new key, said the key we used was for another property (how would we know?) but grudgingly gave us a check for the hotel. Wi Fi was crucial for an online University class for our daughter and was not working, neither were some of the electrical outlets. We didn't have Wi Fi the whole stay despite trying to fix it. The owner called our daughter cursing us in the vilest way and even after checking out I received a nasty message from her. Even an insincere apology would have gone a long way for extreme rudeness, stained worn out linens, the occasional roach,disgusting blankets and other issues.We all have traveled extensively in the US and abroad for many years, this is by far the worst experience and almost ruined our vacation.
