Everything was amazing! Super cozy feel of home. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the facilities were clean. The amenities, pool, hot tub and lazy river were a nice addition to have. I think the only downside, were towels. We needed more bath towels in our room.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for 5 nights, and had a fantastic time. The view is amazing! The condo has everything you need and across the street is a beach store, a Starbucks, an ice cream shop, and several restaurants. Broadway at the Beach is just a couple of miles from the condo also. We watched the weekly fireworks from the balcony. It is the perfect location. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Don't hesitate to stay here. I think the best thing was not having to deal with checking in at the hotel. Once we received the message that our room was ready, we unloaded and went straight up to the top floor. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The unit was nice. The kitchen is okay for a quick breakfast but really no counter space and no dishwasher makes it inconvenient to really cook in. The toaster is old and barely works. The view was wonderful. There were lots of towels and the shower was new. It was good for the money.

Perfect for Our Needs

Well-used, but well-maintained, clean, older condo (think popcorn, dropped ceilings and many layers of paint). Prime location with plenty of closer, drawer and suitcase space in bedroom. Tiny kitchen with pantry and plenty of towels in bath. Was concerned about elevator noise in advance, but we were able to tune it out (not so much with groups waiting for and exiting elevator). Spectacular view - would stay there again.

This place was in a great location, within walking distance of a lot of attractions. On the surface, the room was clean. But definitely outdated. Nothing that bothered me or my husband. A little annoyed I was required to purchase the insurance. I undunderstand the owner probably has reasons for it. Overall our stay was good.eowner surely hacv

I loved how quickly the host responded to my questions and worked to help me get checked in quickly. I loved the location, the property was safe, and the view in unbeatable. I only have a couple of suggestions, to make the digital TV services available in the bedroom so you can watch movies etc in the evenings, and to ensure the toilet is flushing properly. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again very soon!

Beautiful View, Fun Pool, and Good Location

Nice place! We had an event at the convention center and it was a great location with a fun heated pool. I left clothes drying in the closet and forgot to pack them! Luckily the property manager mailed them back to me the next day! Myrtle Beach in December was nice, we would stay here again!

Myrtle Beach in October

Unit was reasonably clean, but looks bigger in photos than in person. The pool that is mostly indoors was heated and came in handy, since outdoor pool was chilly in October. The doors to the units from the hallway are very scuffed, and the hallways are not in the best shape. The view of the ocean from the balcony is very nice, but describing the 19th floor of the building as a penthouse is quite a stretch.

Great location and Penthouse view...

Location for us was great. Unit was clean and well maintained. It is across from the elevator which was convenient but a little noisy at night. View from the balcony was awesome. It felt a little strange to me to walk into 2 beds when you open the door, I might have flip flopped the 2 rooms, but that's just me. Overall It was a great time!
