Bienvenido a mi casa de alquiler vacacional en Myrtle Beach: una unidad completamente renovada, renovada y bellamente decorada con orientación norte en el séptimo piso de un exclusivo complejo frente al mar. Mi alquiler cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, armarios con doble puerta en cada habitación y viene completamente amueblado con 2 balcones privados separados.

Mis características de alquiler:
- Habitación n. ° 1: suelo de baldosas, cama grande con colchón firme, TV Smart de 39 '1080p con Hulu y Netflix, acceso al balcón con vistas al mar
- Habitación n. ° 2: suelo de baldosas, cama grande y una cama hinchable de 2 plazas, TV de alta definición de 39 pulgadas y acceso al balcón con vistas al océano.
-Baños: dos baños, toallas, champú de bienvenida, acondicionador y jabón, papel higiénico.
- Sala de estar: suelo de baldosa y muebles de estilo playero con cómodo sofá cama doble, acceso al balcón con vistas al océano, TV inteligente HD de 46 'con más de 70 canales por cable estándar y reproductor de DVD Roku, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad (conexión a Internet estándar) , Hulu y Netflix

We checked out before we even checked in
This place was nothing like the pictures showed. We walked through condo took pictures to present to Vrbo of how misleading the pictures were they also agreed but were not willing to refund. It was extremely disgusting and pictures are at least a decade old. From the bottom of my heart don’t make the same mistake we did as you will not receive a refund even though this was falsely advertised. I truly did not see this as a safe or fit place to let my family stay so we left. I’ve never been so disappointed. Vacations are things you dream of all year let my loss be your gain and keep searching and ask the right questions before you book your stay somewhere. Sincerely

4th of July Celebration
I rely on reviews so I will do my best. Would certainly stay here again! Location was great!!!! Unit was as described (could use some small touch ups). There were some beach items in the closest which were a nice surprise! On the 7th floor so not long to wait for elevator(which were never an issue). Parking garage elevators were never an issue either. Multiple pools and hot tubs that were never busy. Beach access was fabulous! Communication with owner was great. Only complaint would be either an extra set of bath towels or bring your own, because there is no washer/dryer in the unit, it is across the hall. Would certainly stay here again!!

Very Enjoyable Vacation
Great stay. Host was very easy to communicate with. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean view, beach, as well as have access to the resort pool and spa. Location was very convenient. Loved having two balconies. This was my first VRBO experience being the one in charge of making our family plans and I would say all went smooth.

The Unit was very clean and spacious for us 3. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean and hearing the waves all day. Property had security in the parking deck and the building. If we're in Myrtle Beach again we will stay with this host.

Impressed with property
Security was excellent. Parking was easy, no concrete pillars (comparison with another property)! Unit was lovely and main area seemed larger because of design. Bedrooms are small but adequate. It was good to have both walk-in shower and bathtub. Only suggestion would be to this and all other owners is to provide grab bars in both style of baths. We are elderly and could use the added safety feature. Otherwise, the owner, the property, security and parking were outstanding!

Perfect location for our trip
The condo was exactly what my friends and I needed and were looking for. It was adorably decorated for a beach getaway. The views from the private bedroom balconies were beautiful. The unit was clean and cozy yet spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for relaxing mornings and late night snacks. The location was ideal. It was easy to find, quick access to the soft white sand beach, and fast elevator access to the private underground pick up and drop off location for ride service. We did not use the pools or hot tubs, but they looked very quaint and when we put our toes in, it was nice and warm. The beach chairs provided were so nice! They were perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the beach with a glass of wine. Most importantly, Victor was a fantastic communicator. He contacted us first and was quick to answer or respond with helpful answers to our questions. We felt at home there. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay again if returning to the area.

Great condo
Property was very nice and Victor’s condo was great. It was nice having an aware who took an interest in our visit and needs and that we could contact if needed. Only other condo stay I have had, we could never reach anyone with WiFi issues, etc. very personal rental. Only complaints, fire alarm went off and it could not be heard inside our condo. We would not have known it was set off if we hadn’t happened to open the door out to the hallway. Luckily, it wSnt anything serious. And smoking around the pool, where the designated smoking area was the cig. Smoke would blow the smoke and stitch right up to the pool. Otherwise, a great condo and a wonderful trip.

Spring Break Suite Stay
This was our first time booking a vacation rental and it was quick, easy, and affordable. The pictures of the suite were accurate and the views from the balcony did not disappoint. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was the room was not as clean as anticipated and some minor cosmetic issues on walls/trims/doors. But the level of service was impeccable and all questions were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend it.

Great for couples
This unit was a perfect weekend getaway in Myrtle Beach for two couples. Not only was it exceptionally clean but was stocked with everything you might need for an overnight stay. The views from the balcony were outstanding looking out on the ocean. Victor was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. His directions were clear and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This unit is in a great location and we were able to walk on the beach to the boardwalk. We are already trying to plan when we can come back and look forward to staying in this unit again.

Family of 4 one week rental
Our family of 4 (Kids ages 4 and 8) stayed for one week during July. Check in was very simple just use the 15 minute parking, grab a luggage cart, go to your room and put in the door code. (we arived around mid-night and were able to settle in quickly) The condo was very clean and has had many upgrades. There were even cofee filters, bech equipment and soaps etc all ready to use. The owenr was very responsive to any questions in the check in/out process and helpful in planning. I would stay at this unit again in Myrtle Beach.
