ESTA PROPIEDAD ESTÁ DISPONIBLE EXCLUSIVAMENTE SOLO PARA GRUPOS FAMILIARES.

Esta casa frente al mar de 7 dormitorios y 5. 5 baños ubicada en el sur de Myrtle Beach ha sido recientemente renovada y cuenta con una piscina privada y magníficas vistas del océano desde toda la casa. Esta casa de 2 pisos cuenta con una piscina privada, un gran patio y área de terraza, parrilla de gas, acceso privado a la playa con ducha, 2 cocinas totalmente equipadas, acceso a internet inalámbrico y hermosas vistas de la playa y el océano desde muchas habitaciones y el balcón de arriba .

Esta propiedad no permite mascotas, fumar dentro de la casa, motocicletas, grupos de estudiantes o equipos de pelota, bodas o alquiler a personas que no sean salidas familiares.

2º PISO (puerta principal): cocina grande totalmente equipada con nevera, 2 lavavajillas, fregadero, estufa / horno, microondas y barra con taburetes de 8 bares; mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas, sala de estar con TV de 50 ", 2 sofás y una silla; y 3 habitaciones con 1 cama King, TV y baño privado en cada una.


PISCINA PRIVADA
La piscina se puede calentar durante los meses de marzo a mayo y de septiembre a noviembre, pero solo cuando la temperatura exterior no cae por debajo de los 55 grados (día o noche). Si desea que la piscina se caliente cuando las bajas temperaturas son inferiores a los 55 grados, se requerirá una tarifa de calefacción de la piscina de $ 75 por día para ayudar a compensar el costo de la factura excesiva de calefacción de gas.

Golden Mile
The home was spacious in both upstairs and downstairs! Lots of outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the beach. Just a few issues- fruit flies throughout the kitchen. Known issue since fruit fly traps were provided. The second night the downstairs drainage started to back up (toilet and showers) and sockets in the kitchen went out while we were cooking. The home also could have been cleaned a little better. Beds looked like there weren’t made and hair was in one of the beds! Overall it was a good stay to accommodate our large family.

Nice place.
Location was great. Not a lot of people around. King size mattress in the top room with the sliding glass door, needs replaced. It feels like one person slept in the middle of the bed for several years. High chair was dirty. Half bath on top floor need the commode seat replaced. The lid won't stay up. The copper sink in the kitchen is beautiful, but I think the cleaning people need to learn how to properly clean it. It was convenient having 2 washer and dryers.

Family vacation
We take a trip with all of my sisters grandchildren each year and this house was perfect for that. Beautiful view from the balcony. Its location is perfect. Jeff was very easy to communicate with.

Lovely very expensive vacation
Loved the house. Had trouble with the WiFi and cable. It was corrected by day #4.Location remarkable. Skimpy on bath towels. Only one each. I need 2 towels, one for hair and one for body. Myrtle Beach has exorbitant taxes and fees. Wish it wasn’t so expensive so we could return.

Even the weather…
Our family of 13 people including 6 children under 7 years old planned a beach vacation in this beautiful home. The room layout, space, pool and beach availability were perfect! Even the weather as Tropical storm Debby invaded couldn’t spoil our fun. We didn’t get to use the beach as much as planned but we still swam in the rain in the great pool. The house set up of two complete units on upper and lower levels helped separate and entertain the kids when needed. The house manager, Jeff, responded immediately to all questions. We would stay here again!

15 family members. Ages 3 to 70. This was our 3rd year here and we will book a 4th. As always, the location and amenities are perfect for us. The property and house are even better than the description. Multiple generations have been renting beach houses for a family vacation for 40+ years. This is the best ever, hands down.

Great place for family time!
This place was perfect for our family and friends to hang out and enjoy and relax! The pool was the center piece since the weather wasn’t the greatest, but close access to main attraction and the ocean view was exactly what we wanted! The owner responded quickly and addressed any of our questions! Very much appreciated! When we come back to Myrtle, we’ll definitely come back to this house as there was so much room for our large family to spread out!

Spring Break '24
Wonderful place for larger group. We had 3 families. 11 people total. 6 adults and 5 kids 14-18. Everyone rated the trip 8-9/10, only because it was windy and the pool was not warm enough to swim in but otherwise the place was fantastic. Heated pool was not worth the extra amount, no one was comfortable swimming in the pool due to cold water, even with paying the extra.

Perfect Family Vacation
This house has it ALL!!! Perfect location near everything, private heated pool, beachfront, enough sleeping areas to accommodate large groups, 2 kitchens...literally EVERYTHING! Beds are super comfy and the property manager is excellent and super helpful. My family and I can't wait to plan our next family vacation. It was absolutely perfect!!
