Poor condition condo
We arrived late Sunday evening after a 14 hour drive. We entered the condo and instantly saw the place was filthy! Floor was dirty (hair and actual dirt and food), spilled drink on the door, black mildew all over the ceiling, mold on the curtains, old potatoes in the cupboard, stuck on food all over the refrigerator, dirty silverware in the drawers, hair in the bed and we found bugs in the bed! Sheets were just thrown on, no mattress protection! Contacted the rental company that night and they said they would get back to me and they never did! We slept on the patio all night in plastic furniture, smelling marijuana all night from other people on the balconies. Although the property is supposed to be smoke free! Contacted the front desk the next morning and they sent people up and they agreed the condition of the room was unbelievable. They agreed it was bad and said some times they get in a hurry and can’t do a good job cleaning and offered to clean the room but after the bugs in the bed we chose to leave and find another hotel. Even after that we still were charged. The ONLY positive thing I can think of to the entire room was the view!
