The house was great and a good fit for 6 adults. It is much larger than the photos indicate. Plenty of room indoors and out with 2 decks and a fire pit. The lot is so beautiful and we enjoyed sharing the trees with a flock of wild turkeys that sleep in the treetops every night. You will not be disappointed with the property.

Nice property. Easy to get every where. Big enough for all of us. Upstairs bed a little harder for adults sleeping on them. The master and the queen bed were both very comfortable. The air works great.

Spacious and Clean Vacation Home
We had plenty of room, and the house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The wooded atmosphere surrounding the house added privacy and a fun atmosphere. We Would like to visit again in the future!

Awesome Property
Very Secluded, feels like you are in the middle of the woods while you are close to everything. Great common area and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was finding it. You have to go past the address and up a private drive that could be a little more clearly marked. That said it is the price of privacy and well worth it!

Irish Music Festival
We had a great time at the festival; it was so nice coming back to a clean quiet house with plenty of bathrooms. There were games our family could play, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything to make coffee, meals, etc. (My daughter fell in love with the kitchen!). The only thing I would change is adding a table and chairs outside on the decks. We liked having morning coffee outside with a book, and the lack of tables made this awkward. Otherwise, very nice, homey place!

Annual family vacation
Huge home with lots of room to spread out. The kids loved having the loft area to themselves. Everything you need is there. Nice to have room for 7 of us to be around the kitchen table for meals and games. Easy access to all the sights in the area. Our GPS did not show one had to make a turn off the main road to find the house so that took us a bit (turn at the Elks sign!!).

Great stay at Bailey's Beach Retreat!
My adult kids and I had a great stay at Bailey's Beach Retreat. We split our time between the two nearby beaches (1.5 and 2.5 miles from the house); enjoyed hiking the trails at P. J. Hoffmaster State Park; checked out Muskegon's farmers' market; and kayaked in Lloyd's Bayou. In the evenings, we took in the beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets.

Quiet house in the woods
The house was very quiet and it felt like we were separated from the world due to the trees surrounding it. Space was laid out well with lots of skylights to let in light. The see through fireplace (from living room into master bedroom) was a little unnerving. House was a little hard to find as the address is on the main road, but the house itself is actually back behind off a side road.

Wonderful place near the beach
This one is a wonderful place. Located very close to a beautiful beach, this house has everything one could ask for in a vacation. We were a group of 9 and enjoyed the big space, facilities and amenities at the place. Would certainly recommend and would like to come back to this place for another round.

Lovely home near the lake
We had a lovely time at this home! Short walk to the beach or a short drive to a play area and beach, as well as other activities such as mini golf and go karts for the kids. The grill was lovely for our night of hot dogs and plenty of places deliver there as well. Many of us appreciated the VHS selection — a blast from the past and we had a blast on movie night. The kids enjoyed the flat screen and Netflix. Highly recommend for families who love a simple, clean home in a beautiful wooded area!
