The house description accurately reflects the house itself. The beach is exactly a 10-minute walk. There is free parking at the beach for those who wish to drive. The beach was great, they have a lot of lifeguards, and it was a great experience.

Our trip was great and the house was very nice! The cleanest house we have ever stayed in! Very close to the beach. Loved the pool, just wish it had been clean when we got there. It was clean but just green. as soon as we brought it to her attention, Tina got someone out there within a couple hours and by the next day it was completely blue and clear! The only other issue I would say is that we had to get them to come out and adjust the air (you can’t adjust it yourself) and the explanation of why we had to have them come out there when the groundskeeper came was not so friendly. He was very adamant in saying “you only get 1 adjustment” so we set it on 70 and it was comfortable the whole time. There were plenty of towels provided for the beach also!! Would definitely stay again!

Family beach vacation on seabreeze

The house was very nice and clean stocked with everything needed, even though we brought our own supplies.Unfortunately we had to buy ice because the ice machine was not working. The pool was smaller than it looked in the picture, and the pool was not clean, the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. Overall the house was very nice and the whole family was very pleased with it, just trying to be honest. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house, great location!

This was a great house for our family vacation! Walking distance to beach, we also rented a golf cart and it was an easy trip to the beach with plenty of parking…only down side was the pool was in direct sunlight all day so very hot and there were bees forming a next in the gate. We would stay here again.

Great Beach House

This house was great in every way! It was spotless upon check in and was easy to maintain. Even though there was some inclement weather the week before in the area, the property manager called us to let us know everything was ok with the house and pool. We really appreciated her going out of her way to let us know this! The house really is a short walk to the beach, however we drove as grandpa and grandma needed to rest their feet. We loved the house and our vacation there really was enhanced because of it. Would definitely book again!

Great house and stay!

This house did not disappoint. The location to the ocean is amazing! We walked to the beach daily as it’s only 2 blocks away. The house was very clean, easy to spread out and very relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and in the pool. The pool is only 4 feet deep, but it was perfect for our group. The house is bigger than expected and was perfect for my family. The house stayed cool and we had no issues. The communication was top notch and very much appreciated. Our boys fished daily and absolutely loved the surrounding ponds/marshes and how nice the community members were when offering tips to catch the big ones! If you are looking for a lovely beach home in Garden City Beach this one is great and I highly recommend it!

Great stay.

I stayed at this property with a group of family and friends. It's a short walk to the beach and short drive to Walmart and many other stores. The house was clean and spacious. Having a pool was great to beat the heat! The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you'd ever need to cook for a family. The host was very responsive but, frankly, we didnt need her because everything was so simple. We especially enjoyed the view off of the balcony and the pieces of art placed throuought the home. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house!

Our group of 6 stayed here for an extended weekend and I must say we will definitely be back! The house was everything as described and very clean as well as a great location with a nice marsh view. You literally only need your clothes and a few toiletries as the house has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Tina was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Can’t say enough about this house and the overall experience.

Great house close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the beach each day and then swim in the pool too. The area is quiet and the house is very comfortable. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. I'd highly recommend!
