Wonderful
This property was so nice and it made us feel right at home. The beds were so comfortable. The only thing is they don’t have a local grocery store just a dollar general. Walmart is about 25 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again

Nice stay and quiet neighborhood
Me, my wife, son and his wife and a close friend stayed the week to enjoy some diamond mining at Crater. Also made the short trek to Mt. Ida for some beautiful Arkansas crystal. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed coming back home to the quiet neighborhood. We were visited by an armadillo and also met the neighbors little dog and domesticated rabbit. Good place to relax after a day in the sun looking for treasures. The house was very well kept and quite comfortable. An extra bathroom would have made it perfect, but we all managed just fine. Would have been nice to have a small campfire in the backyard, but as it was dry there was a burn ban in effect during our stay.

Quiet, safe stay for rockhounds!
Perfect place for a quick trip to Craters of the Diamonds. Host was very communicative and helpful and even offered the use of their rock-hunting wagon. Clean, homey, comfortable beds, great wash and dryer. Very quiet neighborhood conveniently located close enough to the main part of town. We couldn’t have been any more comfortable.

Great location- comfortable house
I booked this house specifically for its location near the Crater of Diamonds State park and it was perfect! The host has some supplies at the house for the mine and we brought some of our own. The house has modern decor and comfortable beds. I traveled with my husband and four kids and we enjoyed the board games left by the host in the evening. There is a basketball hoop that we didn’t get to enjoy because of the rain and it was still a little too cold to sit outside in the screened-in porch but I can image that it would be a nice place to hang out in when the weather is warm. Well appointed kitchen with supplies and new, clean looking washer and dryer. The town has a little square of shops and restaurants to explore. I would stay here again.

Easy to find for trip to Crater of the Diamonds. Lovely home that made stop much more pleasant than a hotel. Would recommend for anyone needing to stay in that area.

Property was spacious and clean. It was close to the state park. Two items that need attention (we weren't there long enough to report) are the water container was empty and the PS3 remotes would not charge.

We came to go to the diamond park and chose this house to stay I . The inside of the house was clean and cozy. I was a little dissatisfied that the grass was not cut so we could enjoy the fire pit area. Also we couldn’t use the tv cause the remote in the living room didn’t work except to turn the volume up and down. There aLso wasn’t remotes for the tvs in the bedrooms.

Great stay for crater of diamonds
Nice property exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Lots of great amenities- screens for use at crater of diamonds, play station, games and books, etc. Great and fast communication from owner.

This home was spacious, clean had everything and more! The owners thought of family. There are games and Everything you could think of. We will be back and in the future and rent this home again! There sofa has vibrating massage and heat. After this long trip this helped tremendously for me to relax

Nice clean relaxing stay!
The house is in a very cute area just outside town with a beautiful area for a nice walk. The house was clean and had everything you could need for a longer stay. Shawn was extremely nice and offered local suggestions that made our trip even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

A great weekend away!
A beautiful home, perfect for our weekend adventure to visit the Crater of Diamonds! There was a fire pit in the backyard where we sat by the fire one night and roasted marshmallows and made smores. We played basketball and you could play horse shoes also. Even though we didn’t find any diamonds, we enjoyed our mini adventure!

Perfect new rental
We were among the first guests to stay at this property. I’ve never rented one that is new without many reviews but we took the chance on it and are SO glad we did! The house has been recently renovated and they’ve done a perfect job, paying attention to all the details. It was impeccably clean, attractive, spacious and comfortable. The beds were all VERY comfortable, the kitchen was the most well appointed I’ve ever found in a rental, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water for us all to shower after a long day of diamond digging. The kitchen had all the dishes, pans and utensils you could need, along with basic spices and a few K-cups to get you started. The kids enjoyed playing basketball (there is a ball provided) and playing catch in the spacious back yard. There is also a set of vintage board games (checkers, Chinese checkers, etc), and wi-fi. We were able to do screen-mirroring from my iPhone to the tv using YouTube TV so that we could rent a movie on our own account to watch. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave good restaurant recommendations. (Definitely check out the Feed Bin Cafe for excellent food!) The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I enjoyed a Sunday morning walk around the area, listening to all the birds singing and saw deer in a nearby stand of trees. This is by far the best lodging you will find close to the Crater of Diamonds State Park!

Beautiful Place
We were the very first group that has visited. The house is super clean, furniture is comfy and cozy. You’ll get an “I could stay here forever” feeling. The back patio area has mosquito net around it and you will definitely enjoy nights out there. OMG, the beds…..the master has a brand new mattress and it was amazing. I truly felt rested energized every morning!!!
