We never got check-in info, so when we arrived, we thought the door was locked since there was a lockbox on it. We couldn't find anyone to help, so I messaged the host via VRBO, and she responded that the door was actually unlocked. We were able to get the box code from her and got the keys so we could lock the camper when we left. The camper is very cute and nicely decorated. It has been moved from the location in the listing and is now right next to a house. Bed is very comfy. We found it clean, however, food was left in the fridge, toiletries in the shower, and a used washrag in the bathroom. There was only 1 partial roll of toilet paper and 3 other mostly empty rolls. We were there 3 days, so we ended up buying more toilet paper. There was also only one towel for each of us for the whole trip and only one hand towel in the kitchen. We could have messaged the host, but we didn't see where anyone was in charge on the property, and thankfully we had an extra towel each just in case. The amenities says there is a coffee pot, but, it's just a pot to make hot water, and then you have instant coffee to use. We bought and left 2 mugs since there were no mugs in the camper. There are a lot of cats and 2 dogs. They got in our van and hung around begging for food. It does say it's an animal sanctuary, but they were pretty overwhelming. It has the potential to be a really cute campground. Nights around the fire pit were nice and we grilled one evening.
