Swimming pool facilities were not as in the pictures & one area was closed and the actual open area is in need of maintenance, so does the whole property But not bad at all for what we needed… we had a peaceful night sleep. Kind people in the office :)”

“Booked this place on a whim. Was looking to break up our trip across a few days and stay somehwere along the way. I have a family of 6 and so this looked very desirable. We stayed in the barn. It was cozy and eclectic. Everyone slept very well and the kids very much enjoyed petting the goats and trying to entice the other animals to come closer. The family host was extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast was to die for. The town of Washington is the old Confederate capitol of Arkansas...

Hotel/Motel beds usually hurt my back after just one nights stay, but no issue after a quiet nights rest here. WiFi was strong enough to watch videos on my phone without issue.
