“This house has everything you need to be comfortable! Listed for 8, comfortable for 6 adults as there are 3 bedrooms. No privacy for the pullout couch but again, not a problem because we didn't use it.Great welcome snacks and a cool coffee corner with snack, Kpods, Npods and beans! Nice addition, thank you! The house has a great outdoor space on a deadend of the canal. It was raining sideways when we visited but this outdoor space is awesome! We'll be back in the summer to enjoy it! Thanks...

“The host was prompt in replying to messages. We enjoyed the large dining room table. There were 9 of us. We originally had 10 but one was unable to make it. There were no wine glasses, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There were no top sheets on the beds downstairs and the bathroom towels upstairs were all damp. There wasn’t any body wash or soap in the upstairs shower. Overall, though, we were very happy with our time spent there. ”

“This property is much nicer than the photos indicate! Quiet location. Comfortable accommodations. Would have been nice to have a coffeemaker but the pour over carafe worked. Also,Bolinas was exceptionally hot during our stay and the unit was hot- a second fan would have helped”
