Beautiful lodge in the mountains
My family and I gathered here to celebrate a birthday. We had 19 people total and there was room for more! There was plenty to keep everyone busy from ping pong, pool, games, a theater room, etc! We also went to Trinity Hot Springs which was fun. There was plenty of space to walk and play on the property. The kitchen was well equipped and met all of our needs. Aaron is a great host and responded to all communications quickly. We look forward to going back to stay again!

The Greatest Family Reunion
This was the perfect location for our family reunion for our family with members from age 82 down to a 2-month-old baby!! There were lots of activities for everyone to participate in with games and the wonderful outdoors to enjoy with the pond and river. The young adults especially enjoyed the theater room, pool table, ping pone table and disc golf. The seniors really enjoyed the wonderful decks and country peace and quiet amid the beautiful outdoors. The kitchen was well quipped for cooking and feeding a large group with ample dishes to be used. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were great with an ample supply of towels. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!!

Much to do right on the property!
We had fun during our stay and we made use of all the fun activities that were available. Thanks for staying in contact with us when needed. They loved the pond, river, trails, games in home and outside.

Family
This lodge was amazing. There was plenty to do with the river and pond so close, The lodge was stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. The owner Aaron and his wife were so quick to answer any questions we had. I never thought I would want to watch a movie on vacation but the theater room was so comfortable and inviting everyone all 22 of us enjoyed a movie on our last night.I would totally recommend this place to everyone with large groups. We would love to go back.

Idaho retreat
This lodge was a perfect solution for our extended family getaway. There were 33 of us from ages 6mo. to 73 yrs old. Some chose to sleep on a floor or a couch instead of the cots on the 3rd floor (cots were great for kids under 13). There were lots of activities for kids and adults alike both indoors and outdoors. The location made it possible for parents to relax and let the kids wander mostly unsupervised. Everyone had a great time and we would not hesitate to return.

Both house and property are beautiful. The house is huge with plenty of room for a large group. The theater room and shuffle board table were the hit of the weekend. The house is well stocked with everything one would need. The host was great to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing cabin
It was amazing a great place to stay. Great for a big family to be together and enjoy the great view. We all love the movie theater and the game room. The owners we so helpful with all the questions we had and the place was really clean. Great house!!!

Simply, perfection.
My now husband and I had our wedding at Kokanee Creek Lodge with our friends and family. It was perfect. The landscape, the lodge. A wonderful getaway to appreciate the outdoors and be with family. Beautiful does not even begin to describe the home. Not only is the lodge so well put together, the host was SO helpful and a key part in making our wedding day perfect! Aaron communicated with us leading up to the reservation and answered every question we had. He was so generous, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to say, "I do".

Everything you could ever want
This property literally has it all. Great views throughout, enough space and privacy to host a large group comfortably. The owners are easy to get ahold of, and should be a super host they are so amazing. The layout of the house is well thought, and comfortable for sleeping a group of adults. From the river, to the ponds, to the views from the master, this is one of my favorite spots in all of Idaho. It really was a hidden Jem.

Absolutely PERFECT for our family!
With fishing access directly on the property, our family stayed occupied and entertained during our entire stay. Our kids loved swimming and fishing in the pond while my husband loved the fly fishing in the stream. We played games and even enjoyed a movie in the theatre. The owners were so accommodating and the communication with amazing. They were really helpful and always replied in such a timely manner. The house had all the kitchen appliances we needed. We have rented many homes throughout the country and this rental well exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!!!

We loved this property!!
This was a perfect place to stay with our large family for our yearly family reunion. We had all ages with us from babies to grandparents and this was a good fit for all. The owner had great communication from weeks prior to our stay (asking about pots and pans to cook for large group), to sending the check in info prior to arriving, answering questions while we were there, taking the time to call and talk us through using the theater room, and following up with us after check out. The property was well put together, clean, and welcoming. So many fun things for everyone to do. We loved the pond and river access - but also spent a ton of time at the house playing corn hole, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, etc. I would highly recommend this place to others and we will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect get away for a large group
My family of 21 people stayed at this cabin and loved it. Plenty of room so we never felt crowded. We had fun movie nights in the theater room. We loved playing in the river and pond. Perfect place for our group and a really great host who was very attentive to our needs.

Lots of adventures!
Amazing place to stay. Was super fun to 4 wheel around the many trails. Loved the river and the pond near the house. We spent a day at the reservoir which was such a fun time. Host was super easy to work with and very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a large place for family or friend gatherings.

Amazing!
We hosted a family reunion for 30 and the space was terrific! Lots of places to spread out, sleep, plenty of bathrooms, lots of fun games to play inside. It is well stocked with everything you could think of. The theater room was a hit! The property was so much fun. We didn't even have to leave. We enjoyed the pond but mostly the river. I wished we brought tubes to float down! Aaron communicated so well and was on top of anything we needed. The whole place is amazing and we will be staying again! Thanks for a great place to be at!

New Family Reunion Tradition
Our family found this place on VRBO because of the outside activities, space and having enough inside activities for the kiddos to get out of the heat. The adults and kiddos loved the house, the pond and the river! Bring floats as there is an incredible party of the river to float! We built a rock wall (pool) for the littles and hope other families can check it out and add to it (if it’s an okay from Aaron). The owners were so quick to respond and even answered our phone call when he had some questions. The only thing I would say is bring bug spray for the mosquitos. I can say enough about how wonderful this trip was for all ages.

This property was beautiful and the owner was wonderful to work with. We had a large group with lots of children and this house offered a lot of space for the different ages to split off and play, and still left areas for the adults to hang out. We had some issues with the water heater but the owner was quick to respond. One thing to consider if traveling here with young kid's is that the water temperature at the pond is quite cold, so while we had a great time by the water and in the kayaks, swimming was not really an option. A lot of work was still being done to develop the outdoor space so we had limited activity options availabe while we were there, but I am sure in future years it will have so much more to offer! Our group would consider staying here again a few years later when our kids are a bit older (we like going new places each year). This house has definitely raised the bar for rentals in the future!

Great family reunion
The building is very spacious wonderful amenities, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful, natural, setting, private, and safe. Kitchen and cooking facilities were complete as any restaurant/kitchen. The pond was first rate for fishing as well as water toys. It fit all 27 of us among kayaks, paddle boards etc.. Our only problem was we didn’t stay long enough. We are planning to return in the future!! For anyone looking for accommodating more than 25 guests, this would be my top recommendation.

Most Beautiful Place for a Wedding
Aaron allowed us to have our wedding on his property and it was the most beautiful setting. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The cabin and property are absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about how pretty of a spot it is. We had our ceremony down by the river and the reception in the backyard. There was plenty of room for all of our guests to spend the night. The cabin is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The fishing in the pond and river is amazing and there’s tons of trails nearby. The movie theater, pool table, shuffleboard, and ping pong table kept everyone entertained. I can’t recommend this property enough. Aaron was so helpful in working with us. We appreciate him so so much!! We will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful Home
The home was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for celebrating grandmas birthday with the entire family. The kids really enjoyed the movie and game rooms. The adults loved how there was room for all of us under one roof. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed. The home is cozy and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving!
Once we found our big house in the woods! All our eyes opened wide! It’s beautiful inside and out! The accommodations were amazing! The kids scrambled to the play room, the movie theater to the outside fire pit to roast marshmallows! The adults could be seen in the pool room to the open wet bar above! There is something for everyone! We were all great-full for finding such an amazing castle in the woods! We are looking for to coming back in the summer! Thankful and blessed for a wonderful Thanksgiving!
