Very clean and great location
Stayed for a few nights to enjoy downtown Charleston and the beach. Great location minutes away from both. Quiet neighborhood, very clean house. Would stay again no question.

Great location
We loved the location because it was close to everything we wanted to do. We really loved the backyard with comfortable chairs and a nice tv outside so we could watch football games. The weather was perfect so we could relax and drink coffee outside in the mornings.

Loved it!
Great place to stay. Not a thing that we needed. The fenced in back yard was awesome for our two dogs (at least when it wasn't raining LOL!) And when it was raining, we could sit on the covered back patio and enjoy the sound of the rain!! Would encourage anyone to go! you will love it!

Comfortable and wonderful home!
Loved my stay at Caymans Cottage! So clean and very nicely manicured backyard. My pup was in pure heaven. Great location — close to Shem Creek, Sullivans Island, and the interstate to take you downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Nice location! Dogs not allowed on furniture.
I booked this property due to the location, as well as the fact that it is dog friendly. I will say, the location was awesome, & the place was clean. The back yard was super handy for our dogs to potty or walk around & dry out without us worrying about them running off. However, I felt mislead about the dogs being allowed on the couch/bed—nothing about it was listed here or we may have booked elsewhere. The first thing we noticed upon arrival were notes on both beds & in the binder about keeping the dogs off everything, unless you were using the designated dog blanket on the couch, & keeping everything clean or else extra charges would be imposed. I understand that rules have to be stated for some people to be respectful to a property that isn’t theirs, however, all the little notes were overbearing, uncomfortable, & made me stressed. My dogs are like my kids, therefore, it was hard to change our routine for a 3 night stay. We were also very hesitant to use the paw towels available for fear we would stain them & get charged. Good thing we had our own paw towels with us. The only other issue we had was the bed. It was advertised as a queen size bed, however, it was a full size bed. It was extremely firm, & left us with aching backs. The other bed was just as firm & also very creaky when moving around. Overall, we did have a good time. I just wish more things would have been stated in the listing & in the contract we signed for the rental agreement so that we were more aware.

Great location as it's not far from anthing in Charleston and the beaches. The host was great and in touch when we had questions. Since we come to Charleston often, we will be keeping this place in mind.

Mt. Pleasant Favorite
This is our second year staying here at Cayman’s Cottage and it is our favorite! It’s the perfect location to enjoy Folly and Charleston during one stay! We LOVED the back patio upgrade and enjoyed sitting out there at night! The owner checks in to ensure your stay is up to par! We can’t wait to go back!

Mt. Pleasant perfection
Brandon was absolutely awesome to deal with. The house was perfect for my dog and I. The house was spotless and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was very peaceful and a perfect space for my dog to enjoy the sunshine. Definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be back for sure.

A cozy & modern cottage for 2 + a dog!
A well equipped place and even biscuit/towel/toys/bowls for the pup! Location is perfect and convenient. The place is lovely and very clean & comfy!! The huge fenced backyard is private and fun for the dog to wondering around. That’s important for us taking our pup for a fun road trip! The extra toilet is convenient too ! 😉 Brandon is quick in responding and communicating and knowledgeable. Trying his best to get things right. Thank you for hosting us.

Top Notch Stay at Cayman's Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman's Cottage. When we arrived, the owner, Brandon, left a friendly note and a treat for our dogs. The house was very clean, and obviously well cared for. I really liked the proximity to downtown and the beach. I'd never been to Charleston before, and the location was great for exploring. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our dogs. Brandon is also very communicative and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great stay
A high quality stay especially for people with pets. The cottage is perfect! It was easy to keep neat and clean and was decorated tastefully with no clutter. The fenced backyard was heaven for our dog, Lucky, who enjoyed chasing the tennis balls supplied. (Lucky sends a personal note of appreciation for all the thoughtful touches) Seating was comfortable in both the dining area and living room. I appreciated the wicker side chair which was particularly comfortable for reading while my husband watched tv. Great washer and dryer…. The house is convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Also, very helpful communication by the owner to make sure everything was perfect.

Fabulous Place and Stay!
Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! The property exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. Perfect Spot to Visit!
The listing looks exactly as it does in pictures. It was the perfect place for my family’s vacation. We traveled with 2 kids and 2 dogs. The yard is large and fully fenced. Everyone was able to relax comfortably. The bedrooms are a good size. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It’s a great location, you can find tons of things to do in either direction. You’re a short drive to Sullivan’s Island/Isle of Palms and a right over the bridge from Charleston. Almost everything was within 6 minutes of us, the furthest we traveled for anything was 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend Cayman’s Cottage and would absolutely stay here again!

Another Great Stay
This is the second time we have stayed at Cayman’s Cottage. It’s perfectly located so it’s a short drive to the beach or into Charleston. The home has a nice new covered deck with a gas fire pit that we really enjoyed. It’s obvious that Brandon wants his guests to have a great experience. We will be back again!

Perfect cottage in great area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman’s Cottage. It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the outdoor area with comfy chairs and fire table. Our dog loved the fenced yard. We will definitely stay again!

Great location
Brandon is a great host and right on top of anything you need. The house is spotless and in a perfect location especially for our first visit to the area.
