“My wife, one of my daughters and I all had various writing and art projects we were working on. We rented this place to get away and have a chance to get something done. This place was perfect. We each had our own workspace and could really concentrate. The place was well furnished; the kitchen especially well equipped. We were also able to do some bird watching. The only problem was the air conditioner which wasn't quite up to the task when it got up into the mid-90s.”

“On a mother daughter road trip, went to see the Ark. This home was nice to come back to and relax, we stayed 3 nights. Only thing was driving on country roads! Lol I'm a city girl and the roads were pretty stressful to me. This is no fault of the home owner, just me. Really nice home and very inspirational. Would definitely stay here again ”

“This is a fantastic 4-bedroom house, truly better than the pictures on this website! The property manager got in touch with me, made sure we were well taken care of, and was very helpful. “We had such a wonderful relaxing time at your place. Sitting out at night by the firepit and looking up at the stars, quietness at its best. Some of the most beautiful sunrises to enjoy coffee off the deck. We enjoyed watching the cats and kittens play outside. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The distance was just perfect for visiting The Arc. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“I was expecting a little more yard for the Littles to run in, but they had plenty of "new to them"toys they really enjoyed they also enjoyed the pool. There was only 3 bedrooms then a bed in the loft and a whole bunch of beds in the basement. “We loved staying at the house and how it was set up. It fully accommodated our large family group. Close to the Ark and an easy drive to other attractions. The host were easy to get in touch with and quickly acted when we needed to reach out about accidentally locking ourselves out. My only recommendation would be to update the photos of the 2 bunk beds in the basement (now twin over full beds - not futons) as well as stating that the 3rd full bedroom is also in the basement.
