“Chris is the front office manager of the lodge. Her customer service is excellent. I recommended they mention that not only do they have a nice hot tub; they also offered a sauna. And during the winter they provide a complementary breakfast. The place is very safe, quiet and clean. The room was very spacious. Very good heating system and hot water. Very central location.”

“From the four hotels we stayed during our short trip to NZ, this provided us by far with the best experience. Proximity to the Mt Hutt ski area was key, but the best part was the attention and assistance provided numerous times for different reasons - nothing was too much trouble. The food from the restaurant was also superb - delicious, generous, and well presented. Staff was always smiling, pleasant, and ready to assist wherever possible - so helpful especially when travelling with children....
