“This is a tidy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit on a quiet street in Merivale. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed: TV, Wi-fi, nice size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is very good value. Our only complaints were it was not always easy to contact the host, and, there were no instructions left on how to use the TV or the coffee maker. “A really good property. We stayed as we were attending an even at the Wolfbrook Arena, about a 20 minute walk away. We didn’t have a car, so it was a walk from the CBD to the property. Two good size bedrooms, comfortable living area and a great location. Will stay again next time we’re attending an event at the arena. ”

The host is attentive and responds quickly to all correspondence. It is easy to find parking in the street outside the building, we didn’t have any issues during our stay.
