“The house is comfortable and cozy, nicely decorated to reflect its Florida location, and it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to Buena Vista Blvd and to the rest of The Villages. Don and Lynn were welcoming and good communicators. I highly recommend this home to future visitors!”

“This place is absolutely stunning! There’s so much to do here. You can play foosball, billiards, watch a movie in the home theater, and even try your luck at poker. I went there with my friends for a fun getaway. In the winter, the wind can be chilly across the lake, but the hot tub was a lifesaver. It was the perfect addition to the place. The only thing I wish is that there were some seats down by the dock so people could enjoy the views after the short walk it takes to get there. ”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway. The house was spacious, clean and decorated for the holiday season. It was stocked with coffee, hot chocolate and some snacks. We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area. We met friends for the Wine Walk, a lot of fun. In addition the host was very responsive.”

“It was perfect for what we needed! Centrally located. Very entertaining for kids with pool table and air hockey etc. ”

“The property was in close proximity to all of the well known Orlando attractions, yet is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood, right off of the beaten path. It was very much a refuge from the bustle of the city. The property owner was very easy to get in touch with and was quick to resolve any concerns that we had, which were very few. We were pleased that we chose this home for our Christmas vacation at Universal Studios. ”

“We loved staying here! The space accommodated our needs perfectly. The beds and couches were comfy, and everything was clean. The backyard with the pool was great! Tables to spend time outside, and a lanai to keep bugs away. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and close to many stores/restaurants. It’s close enough to Disney and Universal as well. For supplies, 2 of everything were provided.2 toilet paper per bathroom,2 dishwasher pods, and 2 washing machine pods. As they state, because we were a...

“I want to start by saying we had a wonderful stay, BUT it's worth noting the family in the house can be quite loud during the day. TV through the wall, yelling kids, etc. Not a huge issue for us as we were strictly here to sleep & shower, again, I believe it is worth noting. ”
