“The property was located in a peaceful wooded area on the quiet side of Acadia. It was not far to the major attractions in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Comfortable, clean space. There really isn’t a kitchen - no stove or sink, but there is a microwave, coffee pot and you can wash dishes in bathroom sink. There is a fridge. It had everything we needed since we were not cooking - just reheating. Lots of information sent ahead by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The cottages are being redone one at a time from what I gathered when originally booking so I knew coming into this trip there would be some things that needed to be upgraded. The place was clean and tidy and worked perfectly for our trip. The only issue we had was that the bed was super uncomfortable and every time we moved it made a super loud noise like rusty springs. I move a lot in my sleep so we didn’t sleep well at all. However I’m sure they are in the process of replacing stuff like...

“What a great place. We enjoyed our stay in the Georgia room. The description of room doesn’t really do it justice. It’s like an apartment. The food is amazing. Breakfast is definitely their thing. The blueberry pancakes are to die for. The responsiveness of the owner Was so great. We had a small issue with the TV and he offered to replace it right then in there. And as we checked out, he was doing that and sent us a picture. Lol overall great experience. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. ”

“This was our first time visiting Maine and Acadia National Park. Tide Song was the perfect home away from home. It is located on the quietside of the island and we actually really appreciated that. There are some amazing restaurants and great hikes right near the house (they actually ended up being our favorite hikes of the whole trip). And we were just a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia.
