“This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

“Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. ”

“We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay. ”

“Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!”

“The house was spacious and was a really great property. There were plenty of water toys and equipment that we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size. “The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. We had to dodge Hurricane Milton at first, then an emergency that came up hours before our rescheduled flight and we had to miss our Fall visit.
