“We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights while in town for a family event with our daughter’s family. Great little place. It does have two bedrooms but only sleeping for 3 adults as the second bedroom has only a daybed. Main bedroom does have a queen size bed. Apartment has a large kitchen but not many utensils. “So relaxing and peaceful-just as advertised. I checked in late and Captain Ron was there to greet me and was so helpful and friendly. Keep in mind, this is an old boat on the water so don’t expect resort accommodations which was perfectly fine by me. My little dogs loved exploring the docks and woods nearby. I plan to return soon and try out Captain Ron’s other boat.”

“All went well. I am concerned about the two missing windows located in the main bedroom. This is a serious safety concern. Also the sliding door leading out to back needs to be repaired or replaced. This is also a major safety hazard. In addition the attempted wood barrier out this same door is inadequate as relates to child safety. We had one issue with the upstairs AC upon arrival but the hosts were responsive and got maintenance out the very next day. Hosts were accommodating.
