“In general everything is nice. There is a fridge with beers and a nice room to have them. The breakfast is complete and good quality. The only negative is the parking. According to apparently old info the price was 2.50 euros, but the real price was 5 euros. In my opinion it should be include with the room price, which it was more or less acceptable. Or it should clear and then you can decide!”

“First off this hotel was great. We had stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. They all spoke English which made it very easy to ask questions or order food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all delicious and the scenery around the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, house keeping was great, and overall the property is very well kept. If you are traveling to Mertesdorf or trier I would recommend this...

“Staff are brilliant & very accommodating. I had a lovely lady make me two soya milk coffees in the buffet breakfast - she anticipated every need! Only downside is the driveways are steep - not suitable for low cars. Parking can also be chaotic (this is partly due to other guests). ”

“Der Kurzaufenthalt in Daun war sehr schön. Von Daun haben wir nicht viel gesehen, aber die Landschaft und die Erdgeschichte rundum ist eine Reise wert. Auch der Besuch der Glockengiesserei in Brockscheid war interessant. ”

“Accomodatie was netjes. De hotelkamer mooi en precies als op de foto, voor met z'n 2en prima. Ontbijt is goed, het diner is ok maar nog geen prijswinnaar, zeker niet op prijs-kwaliteit. Heb in Daun bij de Kroaat veel beter gegeten voor minder. Het hotelpersoneel is echter erg sympathiek.”
