Our stay at this property was wonderful. The apartment was very cute and comfortable. It was a great place to spend time with family and friends. The beds were very comfortable with excellent bedding. The bathroom was large and very modern. The location allowed easy access to local attractions. After we arrived, our hosts Johann and Sandy were easy to communicate with and they were very prompt to look after our needs. They made us feel very much at home.
Our trip did have just a couple hiccups though. First, communication before our arrival date was a bit frustrating. When I received confirmation of my reservation it listed it for 1 guest not 4. I tried several times to reach out to correct the error but the Expedia site kept communication details for the hosts hidden. Next, i did not received any pre-stay information other than address. I had to contact Expedia in order to get a phone number to call and get instructions on how to enter the property. After my initial call, communication was great but trying to get that phone number waisted a lot of my time while I was in the middle of traveling. The last problem during this stay was that the heat in the entire building went out during the middle of our stay. I would like to commend Johann for promptly seeing to the issue. He had a HVAC repair person there in one day.
Over all, our trip was very nice and I would stay there again.
