“Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property.”

“We had a great weekend in Indy! The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, tons of space, & worked well for our group of 8. “I came for an expo and had some things mailed. Something came too early so the owners went to the house and grabbed the package for me. I was also a day late be because of flight drama and they pulled all of the boxes inside, (not 1 or 2, but 9 boxes about 40 lbs. each.). They were so nice, so friendly and I was actually super sad that I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person. The house was old but clean and well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet. I would absolutely stay again!”

“This home was a great value for us, as we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. A 25 minute drive to downtown, but plenty of restaurants/groceries/conveniences nearby for our stay. Home was spacious, clean, and convenient to I65 onramp. It is in a rather large maze-like community of nearly identical homes, so GPS/Waze was key for us to get around. The owner didn't reach out to us with check-in details, but no problem, because he was immediately responsive every time I texted him.”

“I booked a basement of a house with separate entrance. On the day of my reservation I was told someone booked the whole house so I could not Use the basement. She gave me an “upgrade” the house where I stayed was nicer than what I booked however it was 20 minutes farther from where I wanted to be and I was sharing the house with other guests. This is the same story to all staying at the house.”

“We loved staying here! Everyone had their own space and everything was made easy for us. This was a last minute stay as my husband was preparing to deploy and it was a great weekend with no stress. Great area that had lots to do and great restaurants and added fun with the games in the basement. Definitely wish we had more time because the backyard and porch looked fantastic to go out and just relax. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen with pans, basic seasonings, coffee, etc.”
