“Can’t ask for much more than a comfy porch and hot tub at the end of a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard and the kitchen - all cupboards were labeled. We were two senior couples - 70 to 80. If anyone has mobility issues they need to sleep in the main floor bedroom and use that bathroom. “Very comfortable and large house. Loved the family room with a large screen TV, a large couch, and great views of the water! Air conditioning was outstanding in every room in case you are there on a warm day. Easy drive into St John's (12 to 15 minutes) and to grocery stores. Note there is an apartment in the basement.
