It is a lovely property, set in a country location, quiet and serene, surrounded by wonderful bucolic fields and a nice pond. It is located a short 15-minute drive from town, on a small paved road, with little traffic and very quiet.
Cellular service is present, and the cell phone and the internet work well and are speedy. But you'll likely want to spend your time away from the computer, sitting on the front porch, or exploring the local area and beauty of the land.
The property is thoughtfully furnished, has comfy, rustic country decor, and lacks nothing. There is a Keurig machine for enjoying your morning coffee while sitting on the front porch. The layout is excellent, complete with two large two-bedrooms, very comfy beds, a nice living room, and a full bath.
The interior is very lovely and stays cool, with whole-house A/C, so it is very quiet (no noisy window units). It is partially shaded by trees, so it is cool in the summer, and it has a nice farmer's porch for sitting and watching life go by. Southern hospitality at its best; the owners are very kind, friendly, and gracious, like staying with family.
