“This property is so charming! The decor is cute! Our family of 5 had more than enough space, there is plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the balcony, and loved the location being downtown. The parking can be a bit tight, but we had a full size Ram and were able to handle it with caution. During our stay we did Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, rafting, the Incline, just to name a few things. Overall it was a great stay! ”

“The property has a covered porch where my bff and I spent each morning sitting with coffee, watching the early fisher persons, geese, ducks and beautiful scenery. The living quarters were just what we needed with fun snacks and coffee provided upon check in. We ate our breakfast, headed out for the day, and then fell into very comfy beds with nice linens for a restful sleep. Rinse and repeat. The perfect getaway! ”

“The most beautiful rental we have ever stayed! This rental had all of the conveniences of home. Everything was very thoughtful and you felt like the owners care and take your stay in the upmost consideration. There is an outdoor patio with a fire pit we used every night and morning, taking in the beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the stars. “This is an extremely nice three-bedroom walkout basement property. The exterior grounds are very much a work in progress, so don't let that throw you when you arrive. The kitchen was excellently organized and easy to use. The bathroom was small, but workable. The unit was very clean. The entrance was in the back, down some steps, and with a mulch path. “The owners were incredibly friendly and warm, and I felt very safe and welcomed here. The property grounds were fun to explore, with fungi, cool rocks, and aspen & pine trees galore!! It was a perfect little place for a solo traveler and situated in a great spot that has easy and quick access to activities in Woodland Park, Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs. The mountain views in this town are gorgeous!”
