“We had a great stay at the cottage and in PEI. While it was late in the season, there were still a lot of restaurants and other facilities open. The cottage is within good driving distance of eastern and central PEI, and we managed to visit several places including our favourite beach Basin Head, which was very quiet at this time of the year but just as beautiful. The cottage is within hiking distance of Greenwich National Park, although we chose to drive there and then do the 4.5 km hike...

“The house was perfect, comfortable, well appointed! Kitchen was a dream, all bedrooms very comfortable but master on second floor had magnificent view. It had everything we needed and more. Owner responded quickly to questions we had. Great location near spectacular beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend! ”

“Had a slight issues with hot water. Notified the owner and problem was resolved within a couple of hours. It was amazing. Clean and quiet area. My only problem i had is we booked for 6 people and there was only towels and bedding for 4. Other than that I would 100% recommended to anyone.very pleased once again”

The property is just as pretty as it looks in the pictures and is very conveniently located. St. Peters Bay, Souris, Greenwich Beach and Basin Head Beach are all within short drives. “We really enjoyed this comfortable, clean and welcoming house. A lot of thought has been given to a good guest experience. It was great to be within walking distance of a lovely beach. It's in a rural area so it was quiet. It's a bit of a drive to get to commercial things, so we planned our outings accordingly and cooked most dinners in the well-equipped kitchen. Geoff was very responsive. The 3 of us agreed this was the best VRBO any of us had stayed in.”

“This is a great spot! It's a cute updated farmhouse. We really enjoyed the sunroom and the two indoor seating areas gave everyone there own space. There is a magnificent view of St. Peters Bay and the yard is nice and flat making it great for the kids to kick a soccer ball around. It is very close to beautiful Greenwich beach and the trails and there is a trail that goes by the house that is perfect for biking or walking.
