Upon arrival, it was found that the entry code did not work despite being given 4 different codes by customer service. I was finally given the key box code to access a physical key. I was informed by the representative that someone would be there to replace the battery. Approximately 2 days later, I hadn't heard back from customer service, so I contacted customer service because the pad was still not working, the rep said that the company that the pad is linked to has to replace the pad which wouldn't be done until after we check out. The house had a musty order, peeling paint, a broken storm door. There was only one chair (the photos of the house showed two) in the living room and it was broken. The grill in the photo was not the one in the yard. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom is coming off the wall and the bottom corner of the wall in that bathroom is crumbling. The door to the master bathroom is off track and wouldn't close completely. We will not be utilizing your property for any future stays. From my perspective, this property cost more than it was worth. Your photos are misleading.
