“I was very happy to have found this property. It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)”

“We enjoyed our location, and the permit for parking, the fans, kitchen, tvs, towels and linen, and comfortable beds. It would be good to have information up front about the showers (one doesn’t work and the other takes forever to get hot, at a counter intuitive faucet position, only told to us after trying to reach an ONeil rep and waiting to hear back). Also, we never got hot water in the kitchen sink. The internet connection went out, so that affected tv Netflix one day. Not sure if that’s...

“This 2-bedroom apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and in an excellent location: quiet but close to the beach, hiking, shopping and restaurants. There's an outdoor firepit and a grill, with a table chairs. The hosts were incredibly good about responding to our questions. We plan to return often!”

“My wife and I spent 3 nights here, and it was perfect for us. It is a very quiet and cozy studio with good access to the Monterey peninsula, as well as the charming Carmel Valley. We ate breakfast in, so we appreciated the mini-fridge, coffee maker, hot plate and microwave. The basket of treats was nice touch, too. We had a good experience here.”

“We originally chose this area as we were planning a trip down the Pacific Coast Highway past Big Sur. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Pacific Grove area. There were some very nice restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Our accommodations were just right for the location and amenities. The booking and check in process was very easy and the description was bang on. Very pleasant indeed.”

“Big apartment in the heart of Pacific Grove. Clean and well kept. Easy short walk to a great variety of dining and bars. Lots of fun shopping nearby. Easy beautiful 20 minute walk to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Across the street from the Natural History museum. Nicely appointed unit with lots of room for a couple. Big windows with great light and a bit of ocean view. Full kitchen with all the tools needed for dining in. Great location, roomy, bright, and comfortable. We look forward to...

“It’s was our 30th Anniversary, we had an amazing time and never had to drive anywhere. I wish there Wr assigned parking spaces .. but we just went shopping super early in the morning . Kept the studio windows open the whole time and the ocean sounds was amazing even during the day. So hard to stay indoors cuz the beach kept calling. Very clean and we cooked a lot due to my husband’s health but loved it, very well equipped we didn’t need to use our stuff . 10/10 loved this place . Can’t wait to...

“Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...
