Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.”

“You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. “We came to stay as a group of 6 adults and 3 children for a weekend of skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home for the weekend. The house was spacious but cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed! The house just minutes from Mt Sunapee, Our only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom got quite hot, and that the boiler pipes were a bit noisy if downstairs. We would definitely stay here again though - the kids loved it.”

“This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!”
