They were quick to respond, very understanding, and moved us to another room without any hassle. Easy flat 5 minute walk to beautiful spa pools & Hanmer Springs village. Thank you for the lovely loan beach towels for the Spa. Luckily, we didn’t need, but loved the umbrellas hung outside every unit just in case 😄 Friendly owners took over Motel in October, we wish them well with their new venture.”

“Our stay was very restful. A comfy bed and sofa in or 1 bed apart. A short easy walk to shops and the thermal pools. Towels provided for thermal pool visit. Kitchen area and bathroom very clean. ”
