“El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso.”

“I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. ”

“The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !”
