“No warning in hotels.com that the hotel can only be reached by foot and before 2100. Did the reservation at 2154 and they accepted it and now Expedia and the hotel refuse to give the money back. Hotel personnel arrogant and hotels.com personnel very unhelpful.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Leitenhof. The royal chalet was perfect for us and had more than everything we needed for 8 days of skiing. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently. The food was great, the staff wonderfully attentive, and in general it was a perfect getaway! Would absolutely stay again!”
