“This house was perfect for our 20-year friend reunion! As the reviews say, the path up to the house is up a windy, one lane road, but we knew ahead of time and rented cars. But, the path up to the house makes the views worth it! Some of our crew even saw a bear on the way up. And, the house had many amenities to keep our crew of 11 entertained for hours. I had lots of questions leading up to our trip about the house and Julia was super gracious and responded very quickly. 100% would rebook here...

“Our group enjoyed the peaceful seclusion of this beautiful property. We spent a week at the cabin and left only once to see some of the local waterfalls. The views of Lake Fontana and background mountains were stunning, particularly during early morning and before sunset. The cabin itself is spacious, well appointed, and was very comfortable for our group. We highly recommend this property.”

“Great location in west Asheville. Even after Helene there were many walkable options for food and beverage. It was a quick drive to downtown or the Crowne Plaza where we were attending a conference. Hot tub was a delight! Lots of great instructions/maps/recommendations posted in the rental. We hope to be back!”

“We were in Asheville for a medical procedure, and this quiet 2BR/2BA rental in the basement of the owner’s home was perfect. It was close to the hospital and it was easy to get to groceries, pharmacies, and other necessities. Even though the rental is right under their home, it feels quiet and restful. The views are amazing. And if you need anything, the owners help you out. They respond quickly to communications. We had to leave early due to Hurricane Helene’s approach, but I am sure when...
