“There was no room service the second day we stayed. Had to ask for clean towels. They did not clean the room or replace used soaps. We arrived early about 2:30 the first day and they did allow us to register early and that was nice. very noisy on first floor from guest on second floor. ”
“Really nice place to stay. Clean room and easy quick access. Coffee in the room was a nice touch and the shower and bathroom is in great condition. Would definitely stay there again.”

He did a great welcome to us. The only sour moment we had was at the end when we were leaving on Monday morning. My daughter decided last minute going to the public restroom in the first floor. There was a hotel employee cleaning the women restroom and that adult started calling ugly “names” in spanish to...

We did an early check in and the guy at the counter was very nice.
Property was well kept and clean.
Room was comfortable and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Walls could be cleaned a bit, but other than that the room was clean.
We did have breakfast one day. It was simple and good.
Lobby and hallways to the room were very warm, but not an area we hung around so it was fine.
We would most definitely stay here again!

He did a great welcome to us. The only sour moment we had was at the end when we were leaving on Monday morning. My daughter decided last minute going to the public restroom in the first floor. There was a hotel employee cleaning the women restroom and that adult started calling ugly “names” in spanish to my daughter when she tried to get a feminine towel from the dispenser. My daughter is bilingual, and understood very well everything that the adult told her. It was not very nice and very unprofessional. My wife was really upset but we decided not making any scene and just leave the property. Really sad that all the nice work from other employees and good customer service is lost for one person that is not very happy for what she is doing at work, and a minor ends paying for her frustrations. We still love the property and service. We are going back!!"
