“We had the absolute best time at Happy Trails! The house has an awesome layout for multiple families and really has everything you need! We were very grateful for the boot/glove warmers as our trip did see a few 50 degree days on the mountain so it was a little slushy. The house is walkable even for a 3 year old in ski boots to the roadrunner and off we went! David was very helpful through out our stay and was incredibly accommodating with any question or request! “The property was beautiful and really spacious for 11 people. It was near Sunday river. The property is on the main road not as busy as I thought I would be. It snowed one of the nights we were there, no maintenance properly passed by to clean the property. We didn’t see any shovel on the property either. Overall I rate this stay a 5/5. We will be back again”

“We loved this house! It was in a great location and the Woodstock area offers a gateway to many awesome adventures in New Hampshire. This house has air conditioning, which was important since we went during the hottest week. Host super responsive and we had a lot of fun 14 people stayed quite comfortably in the house 4 families, 8 adults 6 kids. Would totally stay again if in that part of the country!”

“We had a very low key bachelorette weekend here and it was the perfect spot to chill, use the hot tub, play games and watch movies! I can only imagine how great it is in the winter for ski season!”

“This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze.”

“On our arrival we entered on the lower level which was not shown in the photos. The Chalet was out dated and the furniture was old not having a TV in the main living area seemed a little odd. We just felt like there could be some updates that would make the house more comfortable. ”
