“On the check-in day, I received a messsge advising which room was allocated to me and how to access it without contact. This worked perfectly. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean and the hot water supply was great. Plenty of tea bags, milk and sugar and a kettle and microwave and bar fridge rounded out the kitchenette. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and inviting but I felt that the bed was a tad soft for me, maybe just my preference. Had a chat with the friendly...
