“Amazing ski chalet just steps from the lifts, restaurants, and a small grocery. Located centrally, so you can access the entire mountain with ease! Beautifully appointed rooms and full kitchen. On-site staff was marvelous, bringing firewoods and providing trash pick up daily. Simply the perfect place to stay! ”

“There were seven of us in our family that took a first time vacation to Big Sky, Montana. We stayed here and were so happy that we did! This Home has everything!! The owner is great with communication and organization! We appreciated items left from other guests in the kitchen, such as spices and condiments. That helps a lot when trying to save on groceries. The views are truly amazing!! We will definitely stay here again if we come back up this way.”

“We enjoyed the place, lots of room and the location was great! We had a great stay. The down side, there had been a dog there previous to our stay (no pet policy) and there was quite a bit of dog hair left after the cleaners finished. I decided to vacuum and found the filters were so dirty the vacuum had no suction. Something the cleaners should check. I cleaned the filters and finished the job.”

“The place inside the living area was clean, adequate and charming. However, the garage was filled with dry mud, the front grass area was littered with trash, the back patio was unswept with burnt pieces of wood left. In addition the rear sliding glass door lock was broken and the security was provided by laying a wooden dowel in the track to prevent door opening fully although it could be opened approximately 8 inches. A wooden dowel should not be used for primary lock but as a secondary backup....

“When you walk in it’s a unique place but staying here you will really enjoy, it’s comfortable and has all you need to stay. Great location ”

“The property was just as stated, very spacious and accommodating. Loved the spice rack and extra salt/pepper. We cooked breakfast daily and had plenty of time to tour Yellowstone 2 days (once on a guided tour); see 2 museums, hike to Ousel Falls, and eat bison burgers in West Yellowstone. We also drove around the Big Sky resort areas covered in May snow, seeing moose, deer, elk, and a fox even stopped and posed for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Big Sky!!”

“Really loved the stay on Downing Mountain. The yurt has great gathering areas both in the large 'great room' or the huge deck, both of which provide excellent view of Hamilton and the valley below. It is a great launch point to enjoy hiking (either straight up the mountain or other trail heads nearby), fishing or just relaxing on the river.”

“The place is wonderful and we loved everything about it. My only hang up is the price VRBO showed me after booking was significantly lower than what my credit card was billed. All fees considered. Not sure if this is a VRBO issue or the management company but nobody was really interested in explaining to me the difference. Mgt company said what was billed on my credit card was correct so I took their word for it. Nice place though and would love to stay again.”

“The home was so cozy and welcoming. It was great to come home to the fire and hot tub after a cold day of skiing. Would definitely return!”

“House was excellent. Location is great. True Ski-in, Ski-out. You ski-out to White Otter 2 lift, then up to the rest of the mountain, and you can ski directly home. Lots of space. House is very clean, everything is very new. No complaints.”

“We rented this property for a family vacation in Big Sky with 12 adults and a 4-year old. The house was perfect! Enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own room and space throughout that we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great location near Big Sky Resort too and close enough to town that you didn't feel like you were driving a lot. The view from the property was incredible too. Would definitely rent again!”
