“The hotel was clean. All of the employees were super friendly. We loved having the parking garage since it was quite frigid. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a nice perk. We were really hoping to see the mermaids but the pool pump was broken or something. But we loved the tiki bar decor and the bartender was great. ”

“My only complaint, I drove around the motel 3 times and could not figure out where the lobby was to check in. I called the phone number on their website and I explained my situation. The lady answering said did I see the arches and then she hung up! I finally figured out where the lobby was, not aware it was attached to Perkins restaurant?? The lady at the desk said that mistake was made often, so why not put a large sign outside??”
