“The neighborhood was quiet but in a central location close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house was very nice with an updated bathroom. It was unique and charming with antique details preserved. It was very hot in Toledo when we were there and the AC struggled a bit to cool the hallway and bathroom. The owner supplied a box fan that helped and the rest of the home stayed cool. There were ceiling fans in every room and remote controls for them and the lights. We had a plumbing issue that...

“The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. It was quiet and everyone was great, but you will have neighbors. I loved my stay...

“First and most importantly… amazing comfy beds. I am assuming this is a newer listing so they have some odd quirks to work out, but ultimately comfort and safety were 100%. Nice neighborhood, quite street, and a comfy home. We rate the home 100% because of its super comfy couch and supportive beds. Full transparency, the bathroooms are tiny (but clean and fully functional) so may be difficult for longer term stays, but perfect for what we needed.”

“We were in town overnight for a family get together. House was clean and as described. Off street parking was nice. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. For a large group this is a great place. Very spacious. Loved the man cave!”

“My husband and I visited this rental for an overnight stay and were very pleased with the communication between Innkeeper and ourselves in accessing the property. The Inn was well kept and Victorian decor was lovely. She also provided the history of the home which we enjoyed. ”
