“Great location and view. Property is very well maintained and as described. The only thing I would note is that the loft gets extremely warm. There are several fans in the unit.”

“Perfect sized place, but management could do better. I love Molokai, and this place was perfect for our family of 6 for the weekend. Master had king bed, second bedroom had full and loft had 2 twins and a day bed. We had to carry in the plastic lawn chairs from the deck to all sit in the living room, but we enjoyed the pool and putting green. Good location between town and Hiro’s restaurant, but the road is noisy for the guest bedroom at night. BUT it took us 20 minutes to get into the lock box...

“Overall nice place, great balcony, nice view of the ocean and property. Water is very close, beach right there is not fantastic but we caught sandcrabs so had a good time. There were some pretty large ants in one corner but after a few stomps they didnʻt cause much problem. Everything was in working order and comfortable. Location is great, right on the edge of Kaunakakai. Would definitely rent again. ”

“We enjoyed out stay in Molokai, and the Molokai Shores property was quite lovely. The unit itself was quite dated, but it was fine for our needs and our last-minute booking. Our only concerns were that the one bathroom area was very tight for a family of four ( including two teenage girls), plus the non-smoking rule (must be 20 feet from the property) was not enforced. We had a neighbour who would light up his cigars on his lanai several times a day, and the smoke would come into our unit. We...

“We were so happy with the location but found our unit to be needing some TLC. The right side of the bedroom closet was not rolling. The silverware drawer had lots of crumbs in it. Some expected things the unit should provide are: bath bar soap, beach towels, and clean dish sponges since no dishwasher was there. The dish drainer had leaking issues, so water went on the counter. We bought a sponge to do our dishes with. Also, a bigger living area fan would be nice. The sliding glass door was hard...

“Do not get me wrong everything worked out just fine.....But We rented a unit with 2 bedrooms and a loft, (4 adults, 2 children) what We got was a 2 bedroom with a roll out bed and a blow up mattress that we had to set up in the living room (a pain to have to set up and take down every day) they Did refund some days for this inconvenience (they said that the owner was remodeling and did not get finished in time (someone else said they had this happen also)) the staff and grounds keepers where...

“Molokai Shores is a great place to stay on Molokai, and I've stayed there a handful of times. However, this unit seemed like it had been neglected. The floors were very dirty, the chair upholstery was visibly dirty, and the kitchen cupboards had German roaches. The unit is close to the parking lot and office, but isn't one with a view, which was ok. I think with a very thorough cleaning and perhaps some updating, the unit could be more inviting. However, suited my needs for a quick work trip.”
