Bienvenido a nuestra casa de vacaciones y su hogar lejos de casa en Moab.

Nuestra espaciosa casa adosada de un solo nivel en Rim Village fue construida en 2006 y fue amueblada y decorada en otoño de 2010. Con sus 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, está listo para darle la bienvenida a usted y a su familia o grupo mientras disfruta del área de Moab.

Hemos amueblado nuestra casa adosada con el lujo y la comodidad en mente. La sala de estar tiene un sofá de cuero y un sofá de dos plazas, además de 2 otomanas, que brindan asientos muy cómodos para todos. La chimenea de gas lo mantendrá caliente durante esos días y noches frías de otoño e invierno. Un televisor LCD HD de pantalla grande con DirecTV, junto con un reproductor de DVD, está disponible para su entretenimiento, al igual que un reproductor de CD. Tenemos WI-FI de alta velocidad seguro y gratuito para cualquiera de ustedes que traigan una computadora y quieran mantenerse en contacto con el mundo exterior. Llamadas locales y de larga distancia gratuitas con nuestro servicio de Vonage.

El comedor tiene una mesa grande con muchos asientos. Con la cocina totalmente equipada, puedes cocinar y comer si no quieres salir a cenar. Una parrilla de gas y una mesa y sillas en el patio amurallado proporcionan el lugar perfecto para cenar al aire libre mientras disfruta de la vista de Moab Rim y la roca roja circundante del valle de Moab.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, su propia chimenea de gas y un televisor LCD de alta definición con pantalla grande con DirecTV y reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una litera doble / individual más otra cama individual. Cada una de las habitaciones segunda y tercera tiene su propio televisor LCD HD con reproductor de DVD. Las 3 habitaciones dormirán 6 cómodamente, con la posible incorporación de un niño en la litera superior.

El garaje para 2 autos brinda espacio para que su automóvil y cualquiera de los "juguetes" de su vehículo se almacenen de manera segura. También hay estacionamiento fuera de la calle disponible.

Nuestra casa adosada tiene vistas en múltiples direcciones. Desde las ventanas de la sala de estar, se puede ver la roca roja del valle de Moab. Desde la cocina, el sol de la mañana en Moab Rim te ayudará a despertarte. El patio ofrece vistas a todos, además de los picos de las montañas de La Sal.

El área de Moab ofrece mucho: ciclismo, senderismo, pesca, rafting en aguas bravas, cuatro ruedas y los parques nacionales Arches y Canyonlands. Este condominio está convenientemente ubicado para todos, y cerca de la ciudad, con sus tiendas y restaurantes. Incluso puede quedarse aquí y hacer excursiones de un día (1-2 horas de ida) a muchas otras áreas: Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Natural Bridge National Monument, Colorado National Monument y más. Después de toda esta actividad, asegúrese de relajarse en el jacuzzi y la piscina del complejo Rim Village.

Comfortable stay
This condo was perfect for us. We had 2 trucks with trailers, 2 side by sides & a dirt bike. Plenty of parking with garage, driveway, street parking, & extra spaces provided. The pool was nice. Plenty of lines & clean house. Loved the extra fridge in garage to keep our cases of water cold. Did not see my check in email so I contacted the owners, they responded quickly & were super nice about it. Would recommend & will stay again.

Great clean location
As a family we had a wonderful stay. The owners have everything you could need and more. It is a short walk to the pool. Everything provided was organized and clean. Short drive to downtown Moab with cute shops and great restaurants. Would stay here again!

Fabulous location and property
After a long day visiting and hiking in Arches and Canyonlands, we loved having a short drive out of the bustle to a quiet, immaculate neighborhood and property. Everything was perfect. And having a washer/dryer in the home and a pool just a stones throw away was fabulous. Can't recommend the place enough.

Perfect place to stay in Moab
My wife and I, my cousin and his wife just completed a 10 day stay. The rental was clean when we arrived and everything worked in the unit. The entire complex is very nice and clean. Perfect location to enjoy everything Moab has to offer. If we come back to Moab, we will definitely stay here again.

Read the owners directions - Google Maps will not get you there!!! Great location, clean and comfortable. Master bed mattress was the most comfortable I have slept on! Close to parks and far enough away from bustle and noise of downtown Moab.

Great stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property is south of town--great night skies! Excellent location for both Arches and Canyonlands. The home was well-maintained and very clean. The property guidebook was comprehensive (which was very helpful). Small touches like nightlights in the bathrooms were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Part of the Grand Adventure
Our stop in Moab was part of a multi state SXS adventure. The condo was perfect for us. Instructions and directions for everything were perfectly available. Parking for our SXS’s was right in front of the condo. Next time we are in Moab, this is where we will stay.

From the moment you walk through the door you know you’re someplace special. It is warm and inviting. The layout flows seamlessly. The decor is spot on. What lovely photos with descriptions in the owners book. Never had seen that before. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown to relax after a day of adventures. Perfection!

It was great.
The house was beautiful, the surroundings were beautiful. The house was very comfortable and the area was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and will stay there again if we are in the area. I rate it a 5 out of 5 because it was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The unit was furnished with everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The decor was handsome and very homey, and the location, while a bit outside of town, actually was an advantage as it was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we had three couples staying with us for the steak n suds golf tournament. the initial review of the property showed a twin and a double in the third bedroom. We knew whoever ended up with that room was going to be either crowded or separated. That part we understood. When we got there the third bedroom has two twin bed (so one couple was completely separated) they were not thrilled but worked with it. The first morning they both complained how uncomfortable the tiny mattresses were. The place itself was very comfortable our only issue was the sleeping arrangement in the third bedroom. Im sure if they were kids the twin beds would have been fine, but they were adults. Obviously much bigger and heavier than kids. We truly liked the VRBO our only complaint was the misrepresentation of the third bedroom.

Great Unit in a Great Location
The condo was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. The Rim Villages are a haven for outdoor adventurers looking to spend some time in Moab. The grounds are well maintained and welcoming and very accommodating if you have extra vehicles in tow. Everything was as listed and the location was perfect for our Jeeping adventures. Our master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The boys enjoyed the shared pool after a day out in the Moab summer heat. We love this area and the condo has everything you’ll need.
