Great Place
This condo was everything it said it was. Close walk to the beach. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious. The pools were nice. Property was in a nice safe area in gated community. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect view
The Amalfi has a beautiful view of the ocean, while many places the view is blocked by other condos. The property is kept in great. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The only think I would add is on the website it is stated no RV's in parking lot. Our RV was small enough it took up no more space than a car and yet I was asked to move it. After driving 2000 miles to get there it was extremely disappointing. We were able to work around with the help of a very kind woman in the rental office.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
On our first day swimming in the pools security asked us for our wristbands. We only had 4 and we had 6guest. I tried to reach out to management for the 2 other and said they would have someone come out. Never happened. On day 2 the power in both bathrooms went out reached out multiple times to get the power back and they kept saying they would get it fixed and never did. We spent the rest of our trip without electricity in both bathrooms. I asked if they could accommodate with a credit or small refund and they would not. Don’t waste your money.

Property was nice, clean, and safe, loved the distance to the Beach, and the choice of 2 Pools( Cold/Warm). They also had security but he wasn't needed because it was quite.

This property “Splish Splash” is our family favorite now . We love the view and easy access to the ocean . We do bring supplies and food with us , so we were not lacking anything inside the house . More chairs and an umbrella in the pool would be really nice . Yes , you get free beach credit which we DO take advantage of , but a few more chairs in the pool area and at least one umbrella would be nice . That summer sun is beating directly on us, a little relief in the pool would be helpful, the umbrella we bring ourselves gets the beach !

Condo was very nice and had all the conveniences of home. We were unaware of the construction limiting the beach access across the street, but the alternate access was also suitable. We have stayed at this complex many times and still enjoy the pools and grounds. Still a great place to stay.

NEEDS NEW CARPET
This is the fourth time in 10 years we’ve stayed at this property. These items need fixing!!!! THE CARPET IS FILTHY, OLD AND DISGUSTING. THE COLD AND HOT WATER ON THE WASHING MACHINE IS HOOKED UP IMPROPERLY and RUINED my clothes!!!!! IT’S ONLY HOT WATER!!!!!! THE NEW MATTRESS IS HARD AS A ROCK!!!!! Everything else was lovely.

Great location
As a family of 4, we enjoyed having plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped like usual on vacations. The view was perfect and the walk to the beach was short. The properties pools were very clean and lots of space for larger parties. The only downfall was the maintaining of the property. The walls were dirty as if they were not cleaned for a very long time and none of the interior doors locked properly. However, the management office was extremely quick to call back with questions we had concerning our stay.

Great Place Beautiful Setting!
My husband & I picked this place when our original condo was not available. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean & very spacious! I loved having a washer & dryer in the unit. However, the dryer definitely needs some attention. There was a loose mesh filter that ruined one of my sweatshirts by snagging it in several places. The view from our unit was fantastic! The community is in a locked gate, so the extra security was nice. A code is needed to enter & exit the unit. This code is given to you prior to checking in. Our 3rd day there our code changed. We were unable to get into the locked gate. I called the management company & within minutes someone had returned my call to give me the new code. Very quick response! Overall stay was great!

The condo was roomy and clean! It had a great view and location. A few issues...we weren’t given a gate code(or if we were, I didn’t see it). Your customer service was great tho! The gate code to beach access changed after 2 days and we weren’t notified of that and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is about to spin out of the ceiling. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it!!

We really enjoyed the location. It was convenient to the beach and restaurants. All in walking distance. There is no hot tub but that was not a big deal. Wish we were able to stay longer. Next time we will.

Great condo but needs updating
It was a great condo and we had a great time but it just needs to be updated. Washer and dryer are too small and old , need better comforter for the king bed and carpet needs to be changed. Kitchen appliances need to be updated as well. It was a great week though!
