Este moderno condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD y wi-fi. ¡Estamos a solo 2 cuadras de la playa! Ya sea que esté buscando un retiro tranquilo para parejas o unas divertidas vacaciones familiares, ha venido al lugar correcto. Destin está repleto de atracciones y excelentes restaurantes. Ubicado cerca del restaurante de mariscos Pompano Joes. Desde el patio está a unos pasos de la piscina y exuberantes jardines tropicales. ¡Palmeras a los pasos de tu puerta! Good but not great
There’s a few handyman items that need to be addressed such as, very little hot water, clogged sink drains, dishwasher unsecured, and eyes on the stove need correcting. It was clean for the most part. I covered all of the furniture with sheets because the chairs are quite stained. For the price, it’s to be expected and we made the best of it.

Neglected property
This condo’s potential is overshadowed by the many repairs it so desperately deserves. Multiple holes in the wall, both toilets leaking puddles in the floor, a tv not connected to anything, a stove that only partially works and an improperly installed dishwasher just to name a few. The other problems seem to be from the lack pride we’ve so often enjoyed in other vrbo rentals. There is silverware covered in a mysterious white flaking substance that will not wash off, 3 drinking glasses, snowmen coffee mugs, the incorrect wifi password prominently displayed, pans whose non-stick surface flaked into food and a bbq grill we were never able to locate. While there is much more that could be said let’s just say we were disappointed at best. The owner was contacted, but offered no solutions or apologies so we are hopeful others will have a much different experience here.

Horrible experience. Upon arrival at the property and entering the condo that didn't even have the unit number on the door, we immediately found the coffee maker did not work and the toaster was a complete wreck. Inner workings were destroyed. Contacted the very argumentative hosts who finally sent a new coffee maker and toaster. We also found the following: Washer/dryer did not work, tv in bedroom did not work, internet sign on information posted in condo was wrong, dishes very dirty, dishwasher not mounted and moving around when attempting to use it, a grill, and beach view are advertised, neither exist. Walls were filthy. Furniture was battered, looks like it was found on a street corner. At night, found a roach on the dining table. One of the chairs at the table had a leg ready to collapse when sat on. Toilets look like something from the fifties and continually clogged. The stove was in such bad condition with the burners not working or tilted where a pot would slip off of it when cooking. I had contacted the hosts directly to explain the issues and they only wanted to argue how I was wrong on everything and would not refund our money. I also contacted VRBO who proved to be useless and were not interested in complaints and said we can post a review. BTW, when calling VRBO, the call center is based in INDIA! This whole experience was so bad, we left with four days remaining on the rental. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! read reviews! the 100 out of 100 are fake.

We stayed in this unit the later part of December, brought up several issues to the owner, we returned in March to find the same issues plus didn’t have internet for the first five days. We had little or no hot water for several days. Maintenance man replaced both of the elements in the hot water heater.

Emerald Coast Winter Get Away
The condo was just as described. The location was perfect for us. It was less than an hour to Navarre Beach and an hour from Panama City. Most of the time we drove the three blocks from Crystal Village to the beach. The condo was quiet and we enjoyed our time there. We texted with the owner several times for some issues. They called in their repairman. He arrived quickly and was just the nicest man. The condo is nice but it does need a little TLC. Any and all issues were resolved by a quick text to the owners except for the internet. There is internet in the condo but it is a public internet and not secure. I spoke with the Cox Media guy and he told me to purchase my own router and connect it to the Cox Media box. I did this and created my own secure internet.

Affordable
We spent Thanksgiving week here and made lots of memories. The condo was perfect for our family. If you are looking for high-end, keep looking. If you are looking for clean, comfortable, affordable lodging this is it. The walk to the beach is a little longer than listed. It's about .3 mile to the beach. A little too far for my elderly mom. But we were able to drive and drop her off close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed
We arrived Saturday evening after a 15 hr drive from Indianapolis. The first thing we noticed was the broken pull out couch. We emailed the manager who promptly sent out a maintenance guy. We told him it wasn’t a big deal that we weren’t planning on using it and that the air mattress would be fine. He left we then noticed a horrible stench throughout the condo. We thought it was the garbage disposal which it was smelling quite a bit with rotten food. Then my son checked a closet in the guest bedroom and noticed a water spot in ceiling and a water mark on the shelf. Not sure where the leak came from but the smell was awful. My wife started to look through dressers to put clothes in but they were already full of other peoples clothes. At this point, I sent another message to the owner and got no reply. My wife went to the store and bought some air freshener to help with the smell but that didn’t help. We then started noticing broken appliances such as only 1 burner working on stove. Dishwasher not screwed in so when you pulled door the unit almost falls out. My wife emailed all the concerns with no reply. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation so we decided to just go with it. Then on Monday they decided to do a complete remodel of the Unit above us so for the rest of the stay we heard sawing and hammering throughout the day. Luckily my daughters friends family booked a VRBO in same complex at 4 B which was perfect. Running out of characters for full review but it was a bad exp

Short trip to the beach
It was a perfect spot, that I plan to bring my family back to. It was a short walk to the beach. I took me roughly 5min to walk from the door of condo, to my feet in the sand.

Great location, but home has its quirks
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. We planned to sleep in separate rooms, but ended up sharing the primary due to the smaller bed being uncomfortable. The unit has a great location with excellent access to the beach, and the pool is nice. However, we had a lot of issues during our stay. The unit was not when we arrived. The host sent out a crew to clean immediately, but it interrupted out stay. Once we settled in, we noticed many quirks. The fridge was set to such a low temp it froze our food. The knob fell off the sink in the smaller bathroom each time I used it. The lining of the kitchen counter has peeled off and caught on our clothes as we walked by. I couldn't find a baking sheet when I wanted to cook. Overall, I think the unit could use some simple repairs and the kitchen could be stocked better with essentials.

Great Location
The entire family enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfy, kitchen had everything you could possibly need to feel like home. Nice, quiet community located a short walk from the beach and close to many malls and a variety of dining options.

Had some issues with the air conditioner when we got there but was able to communicate effectively with property host to get it up and running! The location was perfect and close to most everything! I would recommend staying here to anyone!! Thanks for allowing us to stay here Shaun!

So we arrived and someone was in the unit, we came all the way from Ohio. The lady in the room we had booked called the owner and he apologized and within 5 minutes he had us in another unit and it was fabulous. I understand things happen, VRBO wasn’t supposed to have that room they double booked available but they did and again, the owner was so fantastic and he had us set up in minutes. We had an amazing time!!! We definitely recommend this place to anyone and very family friendly. ❤️

Horrible communication from host Kitchen sink flooded the place he never sent someone to fix it AC unit when out due to a dirty filter so sat in the condo with it being 81 degrees for 4 hours I had to beg the owner to respond and when he did he was nasty about HIS mistakes.. Fridge needs a new filter Had to leave early and get a refund

Property is in great location. However disappointed due to a few amenities not functioning. Dryer did not work, messaged host and didn’t receive feedback. Both TVs in both bedrooms were not working. Other than this, the property was suitable for us.
