“We had 5 kids ages (almost) 3-16 and 6 adults stay in the house. It's so very spacious! We never felt on top of each other. During down time the kids hung out int the game room and adults occupied the dining room playing cards. The bunk room allowed for all kids to have their own bed, which was perfect. “My brother and I grew up in Michigan we both live out of State, now he lives in San Diego for 40 years and I live in Long Beach, Indiana but lived in Chicago for 25 years. We make a pilgrimage every year to Northern Michigan”

“Had a great time. Plenty of things for the kids to do, they especially enjoyed the trampoline and basketball hoop. We all enjoyed the local attractions such as putt putt and the Roscommon zoo. Would recommend this place to other families around 10 people.”

“Our stay was for a quading trip. Two full-size trucks, two trailers, and six quads all fit in the driveway rather well! The cottage was very cozy and a great place for us. We especially enjoyed the large counter space and dinning table where we often gathered for meals and to play cards. The Living was also a great place to lounge. Every single person wound up taking a nap on the electric sofa at some point! The bedrooms were plenty large enough and we easily fit all six. We all enjoyed our stay...

“It’s a cabin in the woods with excellent Au sable river frontage. I will be staying again. Overall it’s a well kept cabin that has been updated. Has everything you need and is very comfortable.”

“Fantastic little cabin on the Ausable. Super quiet spot - listening to the River in the morning on the porch with a cup of coffee was fantastic. For birders - this is a good spot for water fowl, and large birds of prey. For Anglers - this is a difficult spot to fish on the river because of the strength of the current. Wading is possible but I'd recommend using a staff.”
