“I love all the woodwork on the first floor (its what made me select the place), but the owner needs to spend some $$ to fix it up, its really looking tired. They also need to put a little more effort into trimming the yard. Its the whole first floor and basement of a large house. There are separate apts above (Not connected other then front entrance) There was some confusion with one of the apt tenets about parking, but they were nice and we easily figured out a solution. All in all I liked...
