Maravillosa casa frente al mar en las orillas del lago de Anna. Esta casa cuenta con 650 pies de frente de agua, fácilmente tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Hay 3 dormitorios; reina dormitorio 1, 2 dormitorios reina, reina, de una litera individual en el dormitorio 3. Además, hay un sofá-cama y 1 cama inflable. Hay 1 gran pantalla de televisión de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar con ampliación de TV liineup directa, a continuación, una segunda pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con televisión directa ampliado en el dormitorio principal, duran un televisor adicional en el foso conectado a X box 360 con 4 dispositivos de mano, y un buen número de juegos para la PS 3. Great location, dock, house, amenities, everything was as advertised!
House and dock has everything you could ask for. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/out was no issue. Dock is close to a busy road but it is not noticeable or noisy at all. in fact, really liked the private-like cove. Our kids enjoyed the paddleboards, kayak, floaties, etc. would stay there again!

Relaxing Private Lake House with extras
My family wife and 3 kids under the age of 9 stayed here in August. The house is located in a private cove on the private side of Lake Anna. The property has a great dock house with water access that has a shallow access for little ones but also has a deeper side for a boat and jet ski. There is only one other property in the cove so there is no boat traffic which is great for swimming, kayaks and paddle boards. One of the great benefits of the property is it has 3 paddle boards and 3 kayaks to use. You can also rent the owners boat and jet ski. We did have a problem with the boat but the owner and property manager fixed the issue quickly. Communicating with the owner was great and he responded quickly. Having the ability to rent the boat and jet ski is important because there are no marinas on the private side of the lake to rent a boat from. There is also a great fishing spot located about 3 minutes away by boat. Between the dock and the fishing spot we probably caught 40+ fish. The inside of the house was clean and had plenty of seating. The kids loved having a hot tub inside of the house. Another nice touch I appreciated is there were plenty of towels provided for all of the water activities. The boat house also had several life jackets if you do not have your own. The property is located in a private wooded area and had a nice fire pit for camp fires. I would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to staying here in the future.

Great vacation home
The home and property is lovely and well kept. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time relaxing and fishing off of the dock. A great place to unwind and reconnect with family. Highly recommended!

Lake Front Fun!
The property is located on a wooded lot with beautiful views of the lake. We spent most of the time at the boat house, enjoying kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing on the lake. At night we enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. There were plenty of restaurants, and wineries within a reasonably short drive. We truly enjoyed our stay at the property and would do it all over again!

Relaxing week at Anna
The owner has the house stocked with anything you may forget! Our grandkids loved the dock and the hot tub. We caught over 100 small fish around the dock in four days so the kids were thrilled. Very private spot which was nice. Would recommend to families....wonderful place and Steve the owner couldnt be any easier to deal with. Nice guy!

Fishing Trip
Our fishing club comes to Lake Anna every year to get some early spring fishing in. And this house provided a great home base for us with space for everyone’s boats. The host promptly replied to any questions we had and helped make our trip great. Thanks!

Great celebration week!
Had a fun week celebrating a birthday with friends. Caught a lot of fish! Enjoyed the firepit, kayaking, hot tub. Host was very responsive. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beautiful property
Beautiful spot, would be an awesome place to stay during the summer (we stayed in December for a wedding). Only issue was that there weren't linens on the beds when we arrived but the property responded quickly and helped us figure out how to get into the linen closet.

Relaxing vacation
The house and property are so lovely! Everything about the property is fantastic, with the exception of the loud and busy road. We wish we had known about it before booking our stay. The boathouse/dock is gorgeous and so much fun to hang out and fish on. The fire pit is huge and so nice. We also loved the unique indoor hot tub. The king bed in the primary bedroom is super comfy!

Nice but not without flaws
Pros: Lakefront area is pretty incredible. Lots of space, I mean lots. Dock is fantastic and anything you could want for a nice day in the water is around(fishing poles, paddle boards, life jackets, etc.) Hot tub nook is great inside the house. Cons: For the high cost of the house I was honestly expecting a better interior. Outside of the kitchen, a lot of the house felt dated. Lighting especially was pretty bad in some rooms, especially the living room. There were a few dead crickets on the floor when I got there. Dishwasher was also full of dishes. Neither of these things are a huge deal, but I paid a lot of money for the house and you expect these things to be dealt with.

Total Relaxation
My family loved our entire stay. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything you would need. The view, the lake is amazing. The boat house and dock is where we spent most of our time. The boat house is full fun, tubes, life vest of every size, watching the stars from the upper deck. The kayaks and paddleboards were great. The owner was wonderful, very accommodating. We will surely be back.

Perfect Cove property
We recently stayed for 5 nights. Communication with Steve was easy from day 1. The cove is perfect and the boathouse really is amazing, the floating dock was a huge hit. The distance to the water from the house is absolutely perfect. The kayaks and paddle boards were great to have and since the cove is so big it’s great to get around. The fire pit was great, though there was some broken glass in it assuming from a past guest. The house has plenty of lounging space and is very pet friendly. The beds were fine too. Some feedback for the owner would be that that there were no hand towels or face towels for some reason. The house could really use more towels in general and or perhaps to recommend people bring their own. We were unable to use the grill since it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Recommendation to the property manager The house/windows and porches need a good scrubbing/ deep cleaning from cobwebs and dust inside. The boat was a slight disappointment as it’s got a lot of wear and tear inside and we had difficulty with it a few times starting but Steve’s double dog tube was amazing for the kiddos. Great location on the private side!

Favorite new place! Will stay again!
We felt so at home staying at this property ! It had everything we needed, and more! Paddle boards, kayaks, huge dock, small secondary dock, boat ramp, floating dock, swim floats, life vests, boat, jet ski, shoe horse pit, and more for the outside! Inside the house was recently updated, very clean, and had everything we needed including puzzles, games, movies, etc. There is also an indoor hot tub! This house is on the warm side of the lake so the water was the perfect temperature every day. 29 mins from Moo Thru, restaurants, and the arcade. Right around the corner from the gas station and a food lion! The owner could not have been more accommodating and able to help us every step of the way! Magical place; my family will definitely stay here again!

Great House!
We had a wonderful stay July 2023. The house had everything you could need to have an amazing time on the lake. We had a great time using the Kayaks, paddle boards and the floating dock was a great place to lounge. Everyone had a great time and Steve was great to work with. We will definitely rent again.

Great stay at the lake for two of us and our pup as Steve’s place is in a quiet cove with plenty of shoreline and just one super friendly neighbor who we rarely saw. Having access to the boat and jet ski in addition to the usual water toys gave us everything we needed to take full advantage of being on the warm side of the lake. Place was clean, layout was good, hot tub was awesome and Steve was very responsive to the few minor issues that we encountered. Definitely look forward to staying at Steve’s place again next year.

Gorgeous and Relaxing Stay
We had a wonderful time at the lake house! It is right on the lake and the view was beautiful. It allows so many different activities just on the lake. We came during the winter and the property was decorated for the holidays which was a nice surprise and the house's temperature was great. There were a lot of games and activities provided for our entertainment as well. The hot tub was incredible and we really enjoyed it, using it both nights we stayed! We came with a group of 9 of us and the area was quite spacious. Steve was also great at communication and replying immediately. We had a slight issue, but Steve responded real quick and was able to help us out with no wait at all. Overall, Steve's communication was wonderful and the place was really well kept! Would highly recommend for anyone staying for a getaway at Lake Anna!

What a Gem!
The pictures of this property do not do it enough justice. We stayed Labor Day weekend and the following week and it was PERFECT for my family. Quiet, LOTS to do, clean, spacious, and super private. We will absolutely be back in the future as it is a perfect family vacation spot.
