My wife and I spent 4 amazing nights at this cabin for our honeymoon after renewing our wedding vows. This cabin offers everything that the listing mentions and more. If you want a secluded, relaxing, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere to relax, unwind and connect with your significant other… this is the place! We were up early the morning after our first night and the deer were so close to the patio deck that you could reach out and touch them if you wanted to. The long-range views of the mountains are captivating. Bring your camera! The area has plenty to offer. Of course, there is some driving involved, but that’s also part of the beauty of the experience. Everywhere you go, it can be an adventure, and if you are willing to allow yourself to be immersed in the journey, you won’t miss a second of the beauty. I would book this cabin again, we had a great time and enjoyed the privacy. I would suggest that if you have specific places you intend to go dine at, check their schedules and plan your trip accordingly. A few really cool places we ate at that had great food are…
Bumblebee’s cafe in Blue Ridge
Cucinella’s pizzeria in Blue Ridge
Twisted Tomato on the river in McCaysville
Sawmill Place in Blairsville
The Sweet Shoppe and Mercier Orchards in Blue Ridge are always a must stop.
There are many wineries you can visit, Ott and Buckley in Ellijay are worth the trip. Down the road from each other Ott has a buzzing vibe with views, Buckley has a more laid back vibe.
