Parsonage Farm establos es casi 1000 años, el pajar de una granja que ha sido ocupado desde la época del libro de Domesday. Es ideal para los excursionistas y amantes de los perros, que ofrece fácil acceso a todos los esplendores de Exmoor. Ciervo menudo visitan el jardín, para gran consternación de su titular, y el cloqueo suave de nuestros pollos domesticados crea una atmósfera relajante durante todo el año. We loved our stay at the Parsonage Farm Stables. The location is in the Exmoor National Park. The views out over the Bristol Channel towards Wales are very beautiful. The cottage itself is authentic and quirky and well equipped. You can start many walks from the doorstep, the south west coastpath is a stones throw away. And so is the rest of Exmoor. Moors or sea, you are spoiled for choice. It is very quiet, no traffic. We felt welcome and the host replies very quick when you have questions. Very flexibel, so no stress when you arrive a bit later than planned as we did because of the traffic. There are other holiday lets on the premises, but you have all the privacy if you wish so. The location is quite remote, which we loved. But you must not be in a hurry because the lane is single file track and you have to wait for the sheep and gamebirds to clear the way. If your party is only adults, maybe the second bedroom is a bit on the small side. The ceilings are high, but large people may have to duck at the doors, as is the case with many cottages.

Such a lovely place!
Jeremy and Paivi are wonderful hosts, and their whole farm is a little treasure. We found everything needed (and more) in the goergeous rooms, which are furnished with loving attention to details. The surroundings and the landscape is quite stunning, you can go for walks and see lots of native wildlife. We loved to sit in the garden and enjoy the sight and the visits of the chicken ;-) The farm is rather secluded, so it's very peaceful and calm, and you need a car for purchases or excursions to for example Exmoor or one of the nice little towns like Lynton or Porlock. We spent two weeks at Parsonage Farm Stables and had a really extraordinary time - thank you very much, we'd love to come back someday!

Toller Aufenthalt!!!
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit auf der Parsonage Farm gehabt. Die Farm und die Wohnung sehen in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollen Ausblicken auf das Meer. Im abgeschlossenen Garten konnte man sehr schön sitzen, ideal auch für den Hund. Paivi und Jeremy waren sehr freundlich, behilflich und tolle Gastgeber. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Abgeschienheit suchen!

Toller Ausblick
Wir haben die Ruhe und den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, jedoch sollte man nur ein kleines Auto gemietet haben, da das letzte Stück der Zufahrt recht schmal ist und die beidseitig wachsenden Begrenzungen das Auto gut ‚streicheln‘.

Magical farm with literary associations
Farm is quite remote but beautifully situated 1200 feet above the Bristol Channel. Very roomy and charming. Very comfortable facilities and lovely, helpful hosts. Fresh eggs for breakfast from the friendly chickens! A bench overlooking the sea for our happy hour, wonderful walks to interesting and ancient places. Lots of wildlife - deer, pheasant, grouse, wild ponies up on the nearby moor. We'd love to return.

Just a wonderful place to stay.
This cottage has one of the best views you’ll get anywhere. It is so quiet and peaceful and the cottage so comfortable and easy. You really can relax. Jeremy and his wife are such lovely friendly people. We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely quiet place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal for us and our dogs with lots of lovely walks close by . It was very peaceful with lovely views. Parking was very easy and communication from the owner was great. The cottage was really cosy and had everything we needed . The owner was very friendly and helpful and our son enjoyed playing table tennis on the table provided in the garage when the weather wasn’t so good.

What a stunning and peaceful location
We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful, cosy and comfortable cottage. The off the beaten track location was breathtaking and so peaceful. It was perfect for escaping, but also great for exploring wonderful Exmoor and beyond. Jeremy and Paivi were also wonderful hosts, and our schnauzer Rubie loved meeting their resident schnauzers too! We had such a fantastic holiday, one of our best!

Wonderful 4 day break
Wonderful views from cottage, and many beautiful walks all on the land of the owner Jeremy, who was a great host, very friendly and was there to help if needed . Cottage is clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. We will return. Our dog had a great time too. Thank you Jeremy.
