“Overall a really good value. Pool had leaks but wasn’t an issue we took the kids to the beach. Close to the airport, but that means you are further away from the center of town. Guarded gate very safe. Walking distance to a grocery store. Barbecue is a habachi type grill kind of small, but who cares great barbecue down the street.”

The only opinion I'd offer is the upper floor gets hot and humid quite quick during the mornings making it hard to sleep in past 8:00 until the sunsets in the evening.
